We have a Nanny!!!
The lady who was referred to us from a friend came over and she is awesome! I feel so relieved to have someone in place for when I go back to work next week.

YAY!!! Nannies are awesome! So glad you found someone! Referrals are the best!! =)
Happy training! The one big thing that I try to do is make sure to set up time with the nanny each week to discuss any questions/concerns/changes/updates that have come up during the week. That way if we see a trend (i.e. - phasing out a nap, teething issues, etc.) we are all in the loop and can talk about the best way to handle it =).
Great news! Weight lifted!
