Operation Unswaddle

So far so good. Gavin and Kesleigh are sleeping through the night unswaddled. I don't think Preston is ready yet because he's so little still andlikes being wrapped tight. I think 2/3 isn't bad:)

Here are some unverified weights on the babies. We weighed DH and then added a baby so they should be "somewhat accurate"

7 Months:
Kesleigh: 20.4 lbs
Preston. 16.6 lbs
Gavin: 18.36 lbs.

Well done on 2/3 achievement! I'm sure the little one won't be too far behind. It's so interesting to compare recommendations, here swaddling was taught till about 2 years ago (friends told me) and when I went to the ante-natal prep course the midwife said it was not recommended any more. Go figure!

Their weights are awesome! My singleton was a 40w +1d guy, (he's just about 12mo) and was 21lbs last month...yay for your healthy bambinos!!! We never really had to unswaddle, he started breaking out on his own ; )

The girls are still swaddled at night and they love it. I actually made bigger baby blankets so we could continue to swaddle them. Good idea? Maybe not, but as long as they sleep through the night I will swaddle them until they are 2 if I have to!
2-3 is great momma! You are doing awesome!! And the weights look great too! I've got some lovely chunks too - 19 lbs 9 oz and 18 lbs 7 oz at 7 months. Now my question is, how can they weigh this much at 7 months, but only weigh a pound or two more at a year?! That's just madness!
Anywho, it's great to hear from you, and I hope everyone is doing well in your happy household!!
