I thought it looked great.
They told me to prepare with some basic questions:
1. Explain yours and your husband's fertility journey.
2. What was the most difficult thing about being infertile?
3. Explain what type of treatments you received. What was your overall experience having those treatments?
4. What was your experience with Dr S and his medical team like?
5. How does it feel that you have finally achieved a pregnancy? What are your hope and aspirations for your baby?
The first question alone my answer is almost a page and a half typed.
I was concerned about when it would air because we don't plan to tell anyone until May but she said it would air late May.
I feel like I am jinxing myself by accepting to do this, but I know that's just ridiculous.

Thanks for the link. It's exciting. I emailed them to remind them to not forget about the stories where IVF does not work--because the common misperception is that if you just do IVF it will work. I am living proof that it does not. It will be interesting to see if they show that side as well, or just focus on success stories.
Hooray for you for being a success story!
Meghan~ You could really be a testimony for other people in their struggles with TTC and cancer. I think you should do it.
Like I've heard before...rejoice for TODAY. Today you are pregnant (healthy, happy, etc). Don't borrow trouble from tomorrow. Tomorrow has enough troubles of its own.
Matthew 6:25-34
25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
28"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.
29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.
30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'
32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
How interesting and cool! I think you should totally do it, if you feel comfortable! I totally understand the "jinxing" thing, but pregnancy is more enjoyable if you're able to push the negative WAY back in your brain and keep the positive at the forefront :o)
What a great opportunity to tell your story, Meghan! It would also be very special to have that to show your little one(s) someday. :)
I think this is so awesome! You have such an amazing story to tell! Keep us posted!
