I knew how good the pool felt on my pregnant belly but when I started swelling my nurse pretty much said that I needed to go almost every day. I started going again yesterday and let me tell you, I feel great after my 45 minutes of just floating in the pool at the gym. Yes, I get stared at because I look like a baby could drop out of my vagina at any time but oh well, I've gotten used to that. HIGHLY recommend heading to a pool if you can and just sitting in there, it's truly amazing how weightless you feel. Getting out you feel like a ton of bricks has hit you but that's OK;)
